A Little About Us
How can your people gain satisfaction and perform to their greatest potential?
Look no further!
At People Psyence®, we know how people work, what makes them tick, how to pay them right, which buttons to push to get results,
as well as how to engage and motivate them!
What is our forte?
Our forte lies in the psychometric assessments that we provide which can help you with multiple aspects of your organisation’s people strategy. This includes talent identification and management, leadership development, competency modelling, succession planning, performance management and career pathing.
Passion is our middle name!
We strive to add value, build relationships and support you to increase business performance in the long term because we genuinely believe in doing what is best for our clients.
Our team is experienced in Learning and People Development, with a key focus in psychometric assessments. Our team members are registered specialists in test use with the British Psychological Society, and are BPS certified in Level 1 & 2 in Occupational Testing. Working with individuals – from university students and fresh graduates, to managers, directors and executives – we design assessments and utilise psychometric instruments to gain deeper insights about people and how to maximise their potentials. We learn about what makes them tick, which buttons to push to get results, and, of course, how to engage and motivate them so that they gain satisfaction. With this information, we help organisations identify compatibility in hires, high potential successors, and build development plans to achieve individual and business goals.
We have served MNCs, GLCs, and small to large corporate organisations across a multitude of industries such as financial services, telecommunications, media, education, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, FMCG, technology, and more.
