Saville Consulting International Wave® & Aptitude Accreditation Course

This three-day accreditation course is designed to introduce the Saville Consulting Wave® model and personality questionnaires, as well as the Saville Consulting Aptitude Test portfolio, which aims to equip delegates with skills to use and apply the instruments in recruitment, staff motivation, re-deployment, job realignment, training needs analysis, team management, job migration and performance interview. After completing the course, delegates will be able to maximise the application of the suite of Saville Consulting assessments.

Test User: Occupational Ability and Personality Training

This 4-day Test User: Occupational Ability and Personality course (BPS Level A and B training) confers eligibility for British Psychological Society (BPS) certification and qualifies practitioner to use the aptitude tests and personality questionnaires. We provide full psychometric training on how to administer, interpret and give feedback on the ability tests and personality questionnaires. This enables practitioner to use these tools professionally within the workplace.

We offer in-house certification program upon request.

Competency Based Interviewing Skills Training

Our Competency Based Interviewing Skills training equips you with the right skills to conduct a systematic and effective interview session, with each question targeting a specific skill or competency of your candidate. This practical training will enhance interviewer’s knowledge, skills and confidence in selecting the right candidate for any critical role using the competency based interviewing technique.

Team Alignment Workshop

Design Thinking Programme

The design thinking programme is about how to utilise the human-centered design method in developing user-centric solutions through deep understanding of the needs, preferences, values and emotions of the users. During the design thinking programme, participants will be part of a small team, adopting a hands on approach in learning and applying the design thinking process to a solve a design challenge relevant to the organisation.
