When approached by organisations, we run DIAGNOSTICS to find out the underlying cause of an issue using a range of assessments as our diagnostic tools.
Our tools are customised to suit your needs. DIAGNOSTICS is not just about ascertaining what went wrong. It is also about finding out how people perform and what they can offer. We design and use validated assessments to help you identify your best people objectively and efficiently. We can also measure employee engagement to work out what holds people back and show them what can be done to maximise their potential.
Once we have determined the people issues in your organisation and discover where the problems lie, we can then PRESCRIBE the appropriate treatment and guide you on how to treat the problem.
The PRESCRIPTION would look at elements that need to be changed or modified within the organisation in order to obtain the desired behaviours or culture. This would include the recommendation of practical HR interventions that can be implemented individually or in combination with another intervention.
With deeper insights gained through DIAGNOSTICS, we are able to PRESCRIBE specific or targeted TREATMENT to resolve issues in isolated or extended problem areas. In other words, we can go macro or micro depending on the development needs uncovered via DIAGNOSTICS.
