HRDC Claims: 30% Upfront Payment

(Only applicable to clients who are interested to claim workshop fees from HRD Corp.)

On the eTRIS portal, client may take the following steps:

1. Select “Applications” from the site map
2. Under the tab of “Estimated Cost” → “Upfront Payment to Training Provider”, select:
   • The radio button “Percentage %” and key in 30.00
   • Then select “Amount (RM)” __________ and key in the figure (if required)

   Please ensure that the workshop professional fee of RM2,700 is summed up under the category of Course Fee, and insert 2.0 for Duration.

3. Click “Next” to complete your application.

* Kindly share your grant approval email with us at [email protected]. Please note that your seat will only be considered fully confirmed once we have received the 30% upfront payment from HRD Corp.
