This assessment is designed to measure an individual’s Mental Toughness which describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do. It refers to an individual’s resilience and an inner drive to succeed, especially when things are challenging. Covering four key components – Control, Commitment, Challenge and Confidence, it provides a reliable and quick assessment of an individual’s ability to withstand pressure in a wide range of environments. This assessment is designed to measure a person’s emotional and social competencies, providing insights on the emotional competencies of an individual.

Designed to measure a person’s emotional and social competencies, this self-rating assessment provides insights on the emotional competencies of an individual. The Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 hones in on skills that are critical to workplace success, highlights strengths and provides recommendations for potential areas for developments. It looks into 5 main areas; Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management. The assessment powers the following reports:

The Resilience Questionnaire

This assessment examines how well an individual interprets and responds to stressful situations while maintaining positive performance at work.

Administration type: Online
Ideal for: Development

This assessment examines how well an individual interprets and responds to stressful situations while maintaining positive performance at work. Based on eight core components to resilience, it looks at Self Belief, Optimism, Purposeful Direction, Adaptability, Ingenuity, Challenge Orientation, Emotion Regulation and Support Seeking. As resilience is an area that can be learned and developed with focused effort, the result provides a summary in relation to the core areas and provides suggestions on how an individual is able to further improve and enhance their resilience in each of the core area. The following type of report is available:
