A comprehensive measure of personality which identifies both an individual’s traits and values to reliably predict motivation, job and organisational fit. One of the core areas measured is Interpersonal Values which include support, recognition, benevolence, independence, conformity and power. Another main characteristic covered is Personal Values which assess orderliness, achievement, variety, independence, conformity and power. The assessment powers the following reports:

Situational Judgement Test (SJT)

This bespoke SJT aims to assess candidates’ approach across work-related scenarios to ascertain if their values and behaviours are compatible with the organisation’s values and/or culture.

SJT assesses candidates’ approach across work-related scenarios to ascertain if their values and behaviours are compatible with the organisation’s values and/or culture. Using bespoke exercise, candidates are presented with hypothetical scenarios that are reflective of real-life demands of a job, which entail possible course of actions. Besides providing insights into candidate’s personal values, it is an invaluable tool in assessing organisation-specific criteria as it can easily be tailored to include behavioural aspects, personality, ability, as well as professional attributes in its exercise.
